DIGITALIZATION OF BUSINESS PROCESSES OF ECO-ORIENTED ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF SUSTAINABLE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to the actual issues of the process of implementing digitalization of business processes of enterprises that use ecosystem services under the conditions of sustainable development. The main findings of the study are the theoretical and applied aspects of the process of implementing digitalization of business processes of Nova Poshta LLC as an eco-oriented enterprise that forms a management report and is guided by its own environmental policy during its activities. Such research methods as a complex of general scientific and special methods of scientific knowledge are used: dialectical, analysis and synthesis, abstract-logical analysis, as well as grouping, generalization, comparison, classification, methods of financial and economic analysis. The obtained results and their novelty - the structural and functional model of analytical support for the digitalization of business processes of Nova Poshta LLC was further developed with the help of modern client databases and diagnostic methods. Proposals were developed to improve the set of tools for comprehensive study of the digitalization of business processes of Nova Poshta LLC. In general, the following factors were used to model the systems: overall capabilities, product price, integration and deployment, service and developer support. The following systems were selected as candidates: Microsoft 365, Salesforce, SAP, Oracle. These products have extensive experience with large enterprises and are the largest systems in the world. As a solution, the developed project of updating the CRM system from Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3 to Microsoft 365 was presented. This system was chosen because it has a good set of functions, better service, and because "Nova Poshta" LLC used Microsoft Dynamics AX 2012 R3, which is a system from the same Microsoft developer, deployment and integration will be much easier. The generalized structural and functional model of analytical support for the digitalization of business processes will contribute to the improvement of interaction between the company's divisions, improve consumer segmentation, improve joint work, automate marketing, contribute to the improvement of control over employees, and automate business processes. In general, the introduction of new CRM systems will allow managers to spend more time on the implementation of new products instead of organizing information.
