THE USE OF THE LIKERT SCALE IN DETERMINING THE COMPETITIVE ADVANTAGES OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CRISIS PERIOD

Abstract

The article examines competitive priorities and prospects for their implementation, taking into account the relationship between problems affecting the process of policy deployment and periodic monitoring of results with control over control points of all divisions of an industrial enterprise in a crisis period. This provides a comprehensive approach consisting of principles and practices that contribute to the competitiveness of an industrial enterprise. The stages of drawing up plans for improving the production strategy of industrial enterprises in the crisis period are substantiated, the implementation of which makes it possible to improve the production strategy, which allows taking into account and adjusting the prospects of production productivity from the main positions: development with limited finances; customer vision; justification of prospective business processes; personnel prospects that support employees, who are the main resource and the most valuable asset of an industrial enterprise in a crisis period. The key to strategic planning for maximum quality compliance is to maintain a close relationship with the customer to fully determine their needs and to obtain feedback on the extent to which those needs are met. The customer should be closely involved in the product design and development process, with input at every stage, to reduce the likelihood of quality problems after full production begins. Adjusting financial measures and production efficiency, as well as strategic goals for maximum compliance with the declared quality, gives good results in identifying all deviations that occur in the production of competitive priorities. A toolkit for improving the competitiveness of industrial enterprises is presented, in which the performance indicators recorded in the strategic map of an industrial enterprise are used to calculate the production competence index and the business activity index, which makes it possible to set the tone for production efficiency, taking into account competitive priorities, advanced production technologies, integrated information systems, innovative production processes, the implementation of which ensures the achievement of results.
