ЕВОЛЮЦІЯ КОНЦЕПЦІЙ ВЕНЧУРНОГО КАПІТАЛУ: ІСТОРИЧНИЙ РОЗВИТОК ТА ПЕРСПЕКТИВИ
Анотація
У статті досліджено деякі підходи до визначення венчурного капіталу та пов’язані з ним інші дефініції. Серед таких дефініцій: венчурний бізнес, венчурні інвестиції, венчурне фінансування, вен- чурні капіталісти, інновації, підприємництво, інноваційне підприємництво. Ставиться акцент на історичному розвитку венчурного капіталу та особливостях цього розвитку для США та Європи. Розглянуто процес розвитку венчурного бізнесу у взаємозв`язку та взаємозалежності від рівня розви- неності підприємництва, інноваційності країн, а також розвитку фінансового ринку та його інсти- туційної структури. Висновки стосуються багатоаспектності поняття «венчурний капітал». Звер- нено увагу на необхідність його розгляду у зв’язку з іншими питаннями, такими як: правове підґрунтя та оподаткування, особливості управління, вплив транскордонних умов, зміна бізнес-моделі, освітні інституції тощо. Це ставиться в завдання подальших досліджень.
