PRIORITY GUIDELINES OF INTELLECTUAL CAPITALIZATION OF AGRICULTURAL ENTERPRISES IN THE CONDITIONS OF THE DIGITAL ECONOMY

Abstract

The article specifies that intellectual capitalization of agricultural enterprises is the process of transforming knowledge, skills, experience and intangible assets into economic value, considers successful examples of intellectual capitalization of agricultural enterprises, which allowed to reveal key aspects of its successful implementation, identifies specific problems that complicate the process of intellectual capitalization for agricultural enterprises. Based on the proposals of scientists and their own research and observations, the priority guidelines of intellectual capitalization for agricultural enterprises and the necessary measures for their implementation are substantiated, taking into account the new realities of the digital economy and post-war recovery, including: training and development of personnel, in particular, the introduction of the latest agricultural technologies, precision agriculture, sustainable agriculture, organic production and risk management; the introduction of modern technologies that increase productivity, reduce costs and minimize negative impact on the environment; creating strong and long-term relationships with key customers and suppliers; improving internal processes, organizational structure and culture of the enterprise; ensure the protection of intellectual property and the accumulation of knowledge, patenting of new varieties, technologies and developments, protection of trade secrets; increase environmental and social responsibility through the introduction of environmentally friendly technologies and socially responsible practices that enhance the reputation of the enterprise and attract investments. It was emphasized that determining the priority areas of intellectual capitalization of agricultural enterprises in the post-war period is a strategically important task that will contribute to the restoration and modernization of the agricultural sector, ensuring the country's food security, increasing competitiveness, developing sustainable agriculture and supporting rural areas, and the formation of an appropriate strategy and the implementation of specific measures will be the key to the successful restoration and development of agricultural enterprises in Ukraine in the post-war period.
