Abstract

Digitalization and e-commerce promote innovative business and community development, ensuring sustainable economic growth and improving the quality of life. The main aspects of acquiring the positive effects of digitalization and e-commerce were the replacement of manual processes with digital technologies, which increases their efficiency, reduces costs and minimizes errors, collecting and analyzing large amounts of data, and, as a result, a better understanding of consumer behavior by the business, predicting demand and making informed management decisions. The use of digital platforms allows you to increase the transparency of operations, which contributes to trust between businesses and consumers. E-commerce allows businesses to enter global markets without significant additional costs, expanding their customer base. The introduction of new models, such as subscriptions, crowdfunding and Dropshipping, opens up new opportunities for businesses, and online platforms provide convenient access to products and services, which contributes to a higher level of customer satisfaction, simplifying the procedures for obtaining product information. In the context of the priority of sustainable development, digitalization and e-commerce contribute to reducing paper document flow and improving logistics, which reduces carbon emissions. Digital technologies open up opportunities for small and medium-sized enterprises and help create new jobs. Digital services and products improve the quality of life of citizens, providing access to information, education and healthcare. The innovative component of further development of digital technologies expands access to microfinance tools, creates communication platforms and the emergence of new business models. The development of Micro, Small and medium-sized businesses during the post-war recovery is proposed to be activated through the crowdfunding platform system and microcredit for financing both from private, public, municipal and other structures in Ukraine and the international community. The funds formed in this way will create a multiplier effect through the financial, technical and technological infrastructure of business support. The world have a positive experience of such cooperation in ecovillages and family homestead settlements.
