MANAGEMENT OF INVESTMENT AND INNOVATION ACTIVITIES OF ENTERPRISES IN MARTIAL ARTS
Abstract
The article highlights modern managerial and economic aspects of organizing investment and innovation activities of enterprises in martial law. Key trends in the development of the innovative potential of Ukrainian enterprises during the period of military challenges are analyzed. The purpose of the article is to study the current state of investment and innovation activity of enterprises in Ukraine, as well as to develop management approaches aimed at ensuring the stability and adaptability of enterprises to changes in the external environment. The concept of investment and innovation activity is generalized and its key components are determined in conditions of limited resources. The main risks and barriers facing enterprises in wartime are identified. A system of target indicators is proposed for assessing the effectiveness of investment and innovation activity, which includes short-term (operational) and long-term (strategic) indicators. The results of the study have practical significance for the development of management strategies aimed at increasing the investment attractiveness of enterprises, reducing the impact of war risks and stimulating innovation activity. The proposed approaches can be integrated into educational programs, as well as applied in the activities of industrial enterprises to ensure their competitiveness in martial law.
