ECONOMIC AND ORGANIZATIONAL ASPECTS OF PROVIDING THE DEVELOPMENT IN THE PROCESS OF FUNCTIONING OF INNOVATION ORIENTED ENTERPRISES
Abstract
In the article it was actualized that functioning of innovation oriented enterprises without application of economic and organizational operations of operational and tactical development reduces the efficiency of their activities. The economic and organizational aspects of providing the development in the process of functioning of innovation oriented enterprises with consideration of their current interaction with the market actors were investigated. It was noted that in the process of functioning, the development of innovation oriented enterprises is provided by implementation of cooperative economic relations at the level of the constituent internal environments of interacting entities. There were proposed preliminary and current measures to improve the functionality of innovation oriented enterprises in the areas of creation and implementation of innovation products, new products for the enterprise, traditional products, implementation of research works, involvement and use of equipment, knowledge. It was substantiated that for the growth of the ability to meet economic needs, the development of innovation enterprises should take place at functional levels on the basis of a coordinated transition of management, production, financial and investment functional components of the enterprise ecosystem. The economic directions of control of the results of functioning for providing the development of enterprises are revealed: by reaching of the target values of the development of the results of functioning, the approximation of the actual economic level to the target, the realization of the economic strength of the enterprise development in the economic impact.
