THE DIGITAL ECOSYSTEM AS THE MAIN ELEMENT OF A CLIENT-ORIENTED ENTERPRISE MANAGEMENT STRATEGY

Abstract

The purpose of the study is to consider the digital ecosystem as the main element of a customer-oriented enterprise management strategy, as well as to analyze the construction of a successful ecosystem to meet the needs and expectations of customers. When developing a client-oriented management strategy, a modern enterprise must take into account the level of digital development of the surrounding business environment, which is constantly transformed under the influence of digital technologies. Enterprises adapt their own development strategies to the challenges of digital transformation, where the key element is the creation of a digital environment (ecosystems, platforms) or active participation in such an acceptable formation. The development or survival of an enterprise largely depends on the speed and quality of response to digital trends and challenges. As a methodological basis of the research, the fundamental concepts presented in the works of the classics of economic theory and the publications of modern scientists on the problems of digitalization, as well as the following scientific methods were used: analysis, synthesis, deduction, induction, comparison, observation, system-structural and the method of expert evaluations. The theoretical significance of the research lies in highlighting the current conditions for the development of digital leadership through the improvement of the enterprise management strategy; suggestions of the author's vision for the further development of ecosystem competition; development of general principles of revenue models for successful activities in the development of digital ecosystems. The practical significance of the work consists in highlighting the role of the digital ecosystem as the main element of the strategy of client-oriented management of the enterprise; directions for adapting such a strategy to the conditions of the digital economy. Recommendations for the formation of an enterprise's management strategy can be an effective toolkit for the preparation and implementation of sound management decisions to increase its competitiveness in the business environment.
