THEORETICAL AND METHODICAL ASPECTS TO IMPROVEMENT OF FUNCTIONAL MANAGEMENT OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISES INNOVATIVE DEVELOPMENT
Abstract
The article is devoted to consideration and substantiation of theoretical aspects and methodical approaches to the improvement of functional management of innovative development of industrial enterprises. The necessity of reproduction of industrial enterprises in the innovative way is argued. The innovation policy is identified as a leading tool in providing innovative development not only to the enterprise as a whole, but also to each individual structural element thereof. There were developed theoretical and methodical approaches to the management of industrial enterprises innovative development in accordance with the functional directions of realization of the development process: evaluation and analysis of the level of innovatization, planning of innovations, organization of innovation activity and measures on innovation development, motivation, development and implementation of measures, control of the process of industrial enterprises innovation development.
The necessity of organizing the overall process of innovatization and innovation development on the basis of integration, adaptability of the subsystem and management bodies of this process in the functional units with the system and the management body of innovation development in general on the enterprise is substantiated. There have been proposed and formed the logical structure and directions of activity of the centre of functional management of innovation activity and development of the industrial enterprise as a harmonious component of the general centre of innovation development management. Its main tasks are outlined: systemic analysis of the need for innovations, evaluation of sources of innovation financing, creation of a continuously functioning system of information exchange, interconnection and cooperation, competitive selection of contractors for the joint implementation of innovations, planning and organization of innovations, processes and measures of innovation development. The evaluation indicators of the industrial enterprise innovative development are systematized.
