DETERMINATION OF THE DIRECTIONS OF SUPPORTING AN EFFECTIVE CORPORATE CULTURE AT THE ENTERPRISE "LIGHT IT"
Abstract
This article is a study of ways to support an effective corporate culture based on the example of the "Light IT" enterprise. The article reviews research on the concept of corporate culture, examines the main components of an effective corporate culture, and provides examples of their implementation at the Light IT enterprise. The article examines the essence of corporate culture and its role in the company's activities. It was determined that corporate culture is a set of values, norms, traditions, interaction and cooperation that contribute to the formation of a single style of business behavior at the enterprise. It is also stated that corporate culture can be a key factor in increasing the efficiency of the enterprise, attracting talented employees and maintaining competitive advantages. The article examines the components of an effective corporate culture. It was determined that the key components of corporate culture are leadership, communication, team spirit, innovation and development, as well as customer orientation and trust in employees. Each of these components is analyzed in detail and examples of implementation at the "Light IT" enterprise are given. The article discusses approaches to creating and maintaining corporate culture at the enterprise. The authors analyze the importance of creating a company's mission and values, conducting training and development of employees, ensuring effective communication and cooperation between departments, as well as creating a favorable work environment for attracting and retaining talented employees. So, this article provides a detailed overview of the concept of corporate culture and its role in the company's activities, as well as defines the key directions of supporting an effective corporate culture using the example of the company "Light IT". The authors of the article show that the understanding and implementation of the concept of corporate culture can positively affect the efficiency of the enterprise and contribute to the attraction of talented employees. This article can be useful for leaders and managers working on the creation and development of corporate culture at the enterprise. It provides clear and specific recommendations on which areas of support for an effective corporate culture can be applied in practice. In addition, it can be useful for students and researchers studying the topic of corporate culture and its impact on businesses.
