DRIVERS OF SUCCESS OF LLC "NOVA POSHTA" IN THE POSTAL MARKET SERVICES OF UKRAINE
Abstract
Last year the concept of innovative development of industrial enterprises in the context of economic stability and stable development of Ukraine providing becomes really important for industrial development as there are key elements within this concept implementation, perspectives and possibilities to reach a high level of domestic competitiveness to build the innovation-driven economy in the emergence conditions when joining global economic system. The processes of industrial enterprises’ innovative development system forming demonstrate instability and uncertainty in terms of external environmental conditions. They have a low level of technological equipment within the inner environment and limited resources, in general. At the same time, declared by the government and published in scientific literature strategic perspectives and practically oriented offers can become the base for innovative development, but they still need testing and checkup of the factors that еffect the increased competitiveness of enterprises on a global level. That’s why, the development of the theoretical and methodological basics, practically oriented aspects, and implementation of the row of management tools for the development of the enterprises innovative system development in emergency conditions for globalisation aims is urgent. Taking into account the theoretical and methodological base of industrial enterprises innovative development, the article provides sources of providing and implementing innovative technologies which are aimed to activate positive emergence qualities that promote the strategic strength of the structure. The information base for the research is scientific works of domestic and foreign authors in the field of innovative development, materials from annotations of the “Fortune” global media organisation, and official data from the Stard Statistics Service of Ukraine. To write the article were used: scientific methods of systematisation and classification, theoretical generalisation method, analysis and synthesis, statistical and analytical methods, planning and financial analysis, graphic methods of investigation.
