METHODOLOGICAL APPROACHES TO THE ASSESSMENT OF THE STRATEGIC CHANGES RESOURCE POTENTIAL IN THE ORGANIZATION

Abstract

The purpose of writing the article is to theoretically improve the methodological approaches to the formation and assessment of the resource potential of strategic changes in the organization. The essence and types of strategic changes, the well-founded role of resource potential in these processes have studied in article. The essence of the resource potential of strategic changes in the organization have defined as a system of resources whose quantitative, qualitative, functional characteristics, as well as the relationships between them, most closely correspond to the future model of the enterprise's development, defined in the strategic goals and tasks set in the transformation process. It is emphasized that the formation of the resource potential of strategic changes in the organization is a process of assessment and bringing the existing potential in line with the main resource components of the potential necessary for the effective implementation of strategic changes in the enterprise and the realization of the strategic tasks. An important stage in the formation of the potential for strategic changes is the development of resource strategies that determine the behavior of enterprises in the relevant markets of resource provision (labor, financial, material resources market, technology and energy market), the principles of selecting suppliers of relevant resources, as well as criteria requirements for the resources themselves. Methodical approaches to resource potential assessment in the context of strategic transformations are substantiated. The approaches to assessing the potential of strategic changes proposed in the article are based on the concept "from the future to the present" and allow assessing the strategic inconsistencies between the available resources and their use and strategically necessary characteristics. Methodological approaches are universal and can be used to assess any components and parameters of the enterprise's potential. The use of a 10-point scale simplifies the final interpretation of data parameters and allows for the integration into a single evaluation system of any quality and quality of any object.
