THE ROLE OF PROJECT MANAGEMENT IN THE FORMATION OF CORPORATE CULTURE OF A CONFLICT-FREE ENVIRONMENT OF PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES AND HEALTH TOURISM

Abstract

The article is devoted to the substantiation of the expediency of using project management to improve the corporate culture of pharmaceutical companies. The corporate culture of pharmaceutical companies is one of the motivational tools of management. The difference between corporate and organizational culture is determined. It consists in a greater degree of regulation of corporate culture. Its main elements are awareness of the activities of the pharmaceutical company and product standardization. Fitopharm's corporate culture is based on fundamental values shared by the company's employees. Such values are development, care for people, efficiency and effectiveness, responsibility, mutual respect, cooperation. The corporate culture of Public Stock Company "Phytopharm" is based on the assumption that the individual seeks to perform the duties assigned to him at a high level. Employees have sufficient freedom of their activities and a high degree of responsibility. It is proved that people's behavior is governed by deep manifestations of corporate culture. Support and formation of a high level of corporate culture is possible through the use of elements of project management. There is a direct relationship between the level of job satisfaction, team relations, career prospects and motivation with the level of corporate culture formed by management. The main methods of resolving conflict situations are: organizational and legal, informational, social and financial and economic. It is proposed to increase the corporate culture through the implementation of the project to improve the company's image. It involves adherence to a number of proposed principles that will increase the level of corporate culture. The application of the traditional model of corporate culture contributes to the formation of the concept of the future project. using the pyramid "3M". It combines methodological (worldview, values, evaluation criteria), methodological (norms of behavior, informal rules, styles of activity and management, forms and systems of remuneration, etc.), instrumental (vision, expectations, psychological atmosphere, goodwill, trademarks, tools and systems). communications, dress code, business documentation, premises, etc.) tools.
