Abstract

The article describes the management structure, its qualitative and quantitative characteristics, methods and ways of managing human resources and scientific and methodological approaches to evaluating the effectiveness of human resources management company. The main components of the human potential and the main directions of increase of efficiency of use of personnel potential. Identified the need to develop tools for assessing personnel potential, which allows to obtain a more detailed dynamic evaluation of personnel potential of the enterprise that improves the quality and efficiency of forecasting and management. The result of the article is the conclusion that an integrated approach to the assessment of the potential of our employees allows
