INFLUENCE OF INTEGRATING FACTORS OF MACRO ENVIRONMENT IN THE CONTEXT OF FORMATION OF BUSINESS STRUCTURES

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to summarize the factors of the macroenvironment, which determine the integration of enterprises at different levels of the world economy and the formation business structures. The urgency of the topic is due to the need to find new directions of enterprise development in the context of internationalization and globalization of business, as creation of business structures. The factors of the macroenvironment which determine the integration processes at the enterprises are singled out. Given the fact that in conditions of high level of dynamism and uncertainty of the external environment of enterprises and a large number of factors influencing their functioning at the macro level, their influence is differentiated through groups of factors. The classification of integration macroenvironment factors causing the integration of enterprises and the formation of business structures, which are divided into the following groups: political, economic, social, technical-technological, natural- environmental. The degree of influence of external factors of the mega environment motivating enterprises to integration is determined. It is proved that the dominant influence is exerted by such factors as: the level of corruption of the authorities; stability of political legislation in the country; economic policy of the state; political course of the country; the level of shadowing of the country's economy. Generalized prerequisites for the integration of enterprises and the formation of business structures at the macro level, which include: globalization of the economy and the strengthening of global problems of mankind; creation of a new economy; dominance of large multinational corporations; the transition of world business to the use of information technology; changing views on the business process; strengthening the global convergence process; adaptation of enterprises to difficult business conditions. The practical value of the article is that the generalized integration factors of the macroenvironment and the selected prerequisites for the integration of enterprises can be applied in the practice of domestic enterprises in choosing further directions of development and formation business structures.
