THE METHODS OF PROFIT MANAGEMENT OF THE ENTERPRISE

Abstract

In the article considered main methods of profit management of enterprise and given detailed characteristics. The article analyzes economic, distributive and social-psychological methods. Also, attention is focused to the process of ensuring the effective management of a profit of enterprise are determined by the requirements which allow to improve this process. Profit is the main driving force of the market economy, the main motive of an entrepreneur's activity that has an indirect impact on staff welfare. High profits role in the development of pdprimstvo promoting the interests of its owners and staff determine the need for effective and continuous management. Of profit management, should be a process of development and making managerial decisions on all major aspects of its formation, distribution and use.
