Abstract

The research is devoted to the problems of formation and implementation of modern templates of enterprise business architecture. The concept of information engineering of the enterprise at the present stage of its development is presented. It is seen as a flexible tool for business management and a means of discovering and realizing the business potential of the enterprise. The authors identified that the emergence of new business models and adaptive business style for engineering are transitional models. They started from models based on a line of products, to models based on a flexible response to market needs. It is a dynamic style of business architecture that is associated with the recognition of the inevitability and unpredictability of changes in the external environment. The purpose of the article is to study the main aspects of engineering the busi-ness architecture of the enterprise. Modeling of the enterprise information system as a control nucleus for the possibility of forecasting socio-economic processes within the enterprise. As well as further improvement and development of socio-economic processes. The types of interconnections for building an integrated architecture are de-fined. The concept of business architecture of the enterprise and system-wide de-sign solutions based on automated support according to the SABSA model are proposed. The forecasting of the state and development of socio-economic pro-cesses in such a business architecture is proposed to be defined in accordance with the concept (BSC), and modeling in such models occurs in integrated IT modules. The authors propose a technique for evaluating options for choosing alterna-tives through a multifactorial model for determining the state of constrained pro-cesses that are defined as normative. On the basis of the formed model the matrix of synthesis of optimum influences on the model of multivariate analysis of fore-casting of activity of the enterprise on the basis of BSC system is constructed. The practical value is determined by the possibility of implementing reference, budget models of such business architecture or its individual elements to test the possibil-ity of full-scale use in the future, in the presence of adaptive results.
