Abstract

In the article the modern motivational processes and their importance in the management of staff productivity. The author defines the problem of formation of motivation of the personnel in the company. The analysis of theoretical and practical parameters aimed at increasing motivation, and the basic parameters that have a significant influence on the formation of motivation. It is proved that each of motivation should be adjusted over time and notified to each employee. The principles of the development of incentive programs for effective implementation. Recommendations to overcome problems in the system of motivation of the personnel through the formation of motivation system, which will be coordinated social and economic component of encouraging staff, namely social package and other guarantees of financial reward.
