INVESTMENT PROVISIONS OF INDUSTRIAL ENTERPRISE DEVELOPMENT IN EMERGENCE ECONOMY
Abstract
The article analyzes the volume of capital investments in the economy of Ukraine, gives priority directions of capital investments in industry by its types. The dynamics of capital investments in mechanical engineering in the processing industry and direct investments in the form of share capital and debt financial instruments in the economy of Ukraine are analyzed and the directions of investment by types of industries are given. The largest investor countries and priority directions of investing in Ukraine are given. The role of the state and conducting an investment oriented policy for the purposes of industrial enterprises development are outlined. The volume of direct investment (equity and debt instruments) to and from Ukraine is analyzed. Changes in the structure of direct investment in the Ukrainian industry for 2010–2020 are analyzed. It is emphasized that by types of direct investments from Ukraine to the economies of the world, debt obligations to EU countries in the form of financial debt instruments are increasing. Graphs of the dynamics of migrants' remittances and receipts for the current years of non-resident direct investments in Ukraine have been drawn up in order to identify dependencies of indicators. The emergent manifestations of the functioning of the industry are highlighted. Compared to changes in the dynamics of FDI and GDP, the dynamics of remittances of migrants to Ukraine are identified and presented. It is noted that this phenomenon is characterized as an emergent property, since the GDP growth is not affected by the decrease in direct investment volumes, and there are other sources of financial support, such as capital investments of Ukrainian enterprises in the form of internal investors. In the context of financial support for socio-economic development, there are migrants whose remittances have a significant impact on the financial stabilization of the economic sphere. The correlation of changes in the dynamics of the performed analysis is described. It is noted that in the context of the global pandemic COVID-19 there are financial and social risks, so it is extremely important to ensure free labor migration to prevent impoverishment and increase poverty by developing a mechanism for safe movement.
