MANAGEMENT OF FINANCIAL AND ECONOMIC SECURITY OF ENTERPRISES IN THE CONSTRUCTION INDUSTRY: THEORETICAL AND PRACTICAL ASPECTS
Abstract
The article defines the essence and conditions of realization of management of financial and economic safety of the enterprises of construction branch in modern conditions of managing. The methods of ordering, comparison, graphical, system-structural analysis and scientific generalization were used. The topic of the study is quite relevant because the market environment in which domestic businesses operate, quite significantly responds to the political, social and economic processes taking place in our country. It is established that the development of construction companies depends on internal and external threats in the course of their activities (the level of development of the political and economic system, the current legal framework, property relations, the market situation and others). Existing threats can affect the level of production efficiency, its competitiveness and product competitiveness, rational use of all types of resources, ensuring a high level of profitability, solvency and financial stability. Achieving financial and economic security becomes one of the main tasks of enterprise management, however, the very understanding of the essence of such security is ambiguous, as well as understanding the mechanism of its achievement. Constant changes in the external and internal environment, the emergence of new factors that form the basis of financial and economic security, the need for improved methodological approaches to assessing the level of financial and economic security in uncertainty, the use of new methods and algorithms for financial and economic security, creating management systems need further research and attract the attention of both scientists and practitioners. The study established the relationship of construction companies with different sectors of the economy and economic activities. The key elements of management of financial and economic security of the enterprises of construction branch are defined. Additional methods and measures to ensure the financial and economic security of construction companies are specified. The main tasks of financial and economic security management of construction companies are presented. The principles of financial and economic security management of construction companies are analyzed. Further research should be aimed at finding ways to ensure a high level of management of financial and economic security of construction companies.
