PHENOMENON OF SELF-LEARNING ORGANIZATIONS IN THE ECONOMICS OF KNOWLEDGE

Abstract

The purpose of the article is to clarify the nature of the self-learning organization, its features, principles and structure on the basis of generalization and systematization of existing developments in this area of science. The authors propose the own definition of the essence of self-learning organization on the basis of analysis of available scientific works of domestic and foreign researchers. It is noted that the idea of self-learning is based on the assertion that the organization should be adapted to changes in the environment. The main elements of self-learning organization are considered: skill in personal development; intellectual models; general vision; group training; system thinking The authors identify the main features and principles of self-learning organization. As a result of generalization and systematization of available studies, the authors proposed the stages of formation of a self-learning organization: an analysis of the organization; analysis of personnel competencies; discipline training; application of knowledge; summing up and beginning of a new cycle of self-learning.
