ІНВЕСТУВАННЯ В ЛЮДСЬКИЙ КАПІТАЛ: ТРАНСФОРМАЦІЯ ТА РОЗВИТОК
Анотація
Досліджено теоретичне підґрунтя концепції інвестування в людський капітал через призму сучасних реалій. Доведено, що теорія інвестування в людський капітал стала особливо актуальною у час соціоекономічних зрушень через нерівномірний розподіл праці та обмеженість у ресурсах. Обґрунтовано цінність інвестування в людський капітал як для роботодавців, так і для економіки в цілому. У дослідженні сформовано оптимальне групування інвестицій у людський капітал за напрямом впливу та типом інвестицій. Зазначено можливі напрямки та методи впровадження інвестування у людський капітал, зокрема наведено зв’язок з процесами менеджменту персоналу та інтеграцію до діяльності організацій. Запропоновано альтернативний математичний метод оцінювання-вимірювання якості вкладених коштів через використання SROI (Social Return On Investment). В межах дослідження, задля презентації перспективних напрямів інвестування у людський капітал, які наразі не використовуються, розроблено особливу модель MIPM (Modern Investment Possibilities Model), що поєднує технології, особисту взаємодію, корпоративну культуру й перспективність майбутніх змін.
