MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC MODERNIZATION AS A COMPLEX OF MANAGEMENT TOOLS BY ECONOMIC DEVELOPMENT OF ENERGY PRODUCING ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The theoretical and methodological provisions concerning the management of economic development of power generating enterprises are developed on the basis of deepening the theoretical foundations of economic modernization and finding of optimal economic methods and tools for providing economic development of power generating enterprises.The essence of management of enterprise development is investigated. The peculiarities of management of economic development of enterprises in the modern economic conditions are revealed.
The preconditions of the formation of a system for improving the management of the provision of development of electric power enterprises have been investigated. The analysis of the activity of power generating enterprises is carried out and problems that hinder their economic development are revealed. One of the main problems of most Ukrainian power plants is the high degree of wear of equipment, which is outdated both morally and physically. Fast depreciation of equipment of power generating enterprises is facilitated by the frequent stop of blocks, mismatch with the project type of fuel, incomplete loading of production capacities, which affects the economic performance of the enterprise. The assessment of the state of economic development management has been carried out and restrictions have been identified that impede the harmonious functioning of power generating enterprises. The mechanism of economic modernization as a tool for managing the economic development of the energy generating enterprise has been constructed. It allows you to produce high-quality and timely management solutions that are adequate to the economic conditions and established goals of development. The proposed mechanism, in contrast to the existing, contains three local mechanisms: management of the goals of economic development; diagnostics; decision-making on the management of economic development of the enterprise. For each of the local mechanisms, there is a proper tool for analyzing and determining the direction of using the result within the objectives of management of the economic development of the enterprise.
