APPLICATION OF OPTIMAL DOSES OF MINERAL FERTILISERS AS ONE OF THE METHODS OF INCREASING THE ECONOMIC EFFICIENCY OF GRAIN PRODUCTION AT THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
The article examines the issue of substantiation of ways to increase the efficiency of grain production at the enterprise, taking into account the applied doses of mineral fertilizers. The strategic importance of grain production for the financial and economic activity of the enterprise is highlighted. An analysis of the efficiency indicators of grain production at the enterprise was carried out. This includes the effective application of optimal amounts of mineral fertilizers, which, in accordance with specific natural and economic conditions, contribute to the maximum use of the potential of high-yielding varieties and hybrids of grain crops. The difficult economic situation in modern agriculture, in particular, insufficient availability of high-cost fertilizers, leads to a decrease in soil fertility and a deterioration of the key indicator of efficiency in agriculture – yield. Therefore, there is an urgent question about how to regulate the deficiencies in the soil and ensure the stabilization of the yield of agricultural crops. As for mineral fertilizers, the fertilization system for grain crops with intensive cultivation methods involves the introduction of phosphorus and potassium during the main tillage before sowing and subsequent feeding of plants with small doses of nitrogen. Yield and crop quality largely depend on the amount of nitrogen applied during the spring-summer growing season. Winter wheat shows the best response to the addition of mineral fertilizers. As for mineral fertilizers, the fertilization system for grain crops with intensive cultivation methods involves the introduction of phosphorus and potassium during the main tillage before sowing and subsequent feeding of plants with small doses of nitrogen. Yield and crop quality largely depend on the amount of nitrogen applied during the spring-summer growing season. Winter wheat shows the best response to the addition of mineral fertilizers. In addition, the application of mineral and organic fertilizers continues to be the main method of increasing profitability in the field of grain cultivation. It is recommended to apply organic fertilizers under the predecessor or during plowing in the amount of 30-40 tons per hectare.
