MATRIX OF THE FINANCIAL EQUILIBRIUM AS AN INSTRUMENT FOR ANALYSIS OF STRATEGIC ALTERNATIVES OF THE ENTERPRISE
Abstract
In the article the theoretical bases of construction of the matrix of financial equilibrium are investigated. Using the methods of comparison and generalization, its significance has been substantiated to assess the effectiveness of a company's financial strategy. The 3 basic indicators for calculating the matrix are determined and the characteristics of the squares of the matrix are generalized. The calculation of the main indicators for PJSC «Pharmaceutical firm «Darnitsa» has been calculated and its position has been determined in the Franshon and Romane matrix for the last 5 years. In the article outlines the further trend of the enterprise in the middle of the matrix. The recommendations for sustainable development of the enterprise are given.
