IDENTIFICATION OF CONDITIONS AND FORECASTS OF TRENDS OF EFFICIENCY OF ORGANIZATIONAL AND ECONOMIC MECHANISM OF ECONOMIC SECURITY MANAGEMENT OF MACHINE BUILDING ENTERPRISES

Abstract

In the course of the research, the conceptual provisions for strategic modeling of the conditions for increasing the efficiency of the organizational and economic mechanism of economic security management of precision engineering enterprises were substantiated. It is based on the introduction of strategic changes in the process of managing economic security, based on the application of the results of the evaluation of factor influence, the effectiveness of the management decisions taken, the state of economic security, taking into account the developed scenarios for its change. The article substantiates the strategic directions and tools of the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the economic security of enterprises. The results of forecasting are based on the neural model, which was applied to the evaluation of the effectiveness of the organizational and economic mechanism for managing the EB of selected enterprises. The scenarios have shown that, with a probability of 32% and 14%, the EB score will deteriorate for all investigated companies and, with a probability of 14% in an optimistic scenario, when the proposed measures are put in place, an improvement in the precision engineering of the EBP in the medium and long term will take place. It has been demonstrated that all scenarios provide grounds for confirming the appropriateness of changing the conditions and improving the organizational and economic mechanism tools in order to achieve the desired results in the EB section according to the available potential, expectations of a partial improvement of the market situation in 2018-2019 and the identified negative external factors environment (information-intellectual, regulatory and macroeconomic instability, due to the growth of corruption, political instability and p.). The factors of the internal environment that have the greatest impact on the strategic indicators of the EB are identified. In relation to them and taking into account the structural elements of the EB (object of management), the relevant recommendations for the direction of management decisions are provided.
